GreensceneNZ Landscapes was engaged from the resource consent phase to deliver full design-build landscape services for the THL Waitomokia Campus — a transformative project uniting THL’s Support Services, Digital, Kiwi Experience, Rentals, and Sales teams into one cohesive hub.
Located on the historic Villa Maria site in Māngere and nestled within the culturally significant Waitomokia crater, the site reflects deep respect for both land and legacy. In close collaboration with the project architects and tangata whenua, GreensceneNZ Landscapes developed a 100% natural plant palette, showcasing Aotearoa’s unique native flora.
With large-grade trees and thoughtfully integrated green spaces, the landscape delivers a high level of amenity and a world-class arrival experience. Visitors to the campus are welcomed by an exterior showroom of brand-new motorhomes and expansive RV storage for over 500 vehicles — all set within a landscape that honours New Zealand’s natural beauty and cultural heritage.
