Creating Luxurious and Tranquil Environments for Residents.
GreensceneNZ Landscapes were briefed to create a luxurious, tranquil public space as an addition to the amenity building café courtyard and the upcoming village green at a prominent retirement village on Gulf Rise in Whangaparoa.
With the build on a very tight timeline and the site surrounded by multiple high-rise projects, a fully operational retirement village, the project was logistically challenging. To avoid resident disruption the site access was limited, and the GreensceneNZ Landscapes team managed the site skillfully with as low touch and disruption as possible. The results are exceptional for our client, their staff, and residents of Gulf Rise.
